How long does delivery take and what shipping options are available?

We process orders Monday to Friday within 48 hours. Two shipping options are available:

DHL Express: Europe & USA 2–3 business days — Worldwide 3–7 business days

Standard Shipping: Europe 10–15 business days

Shipping costs are based on weight, size, and destination.

Can I return my rug and will I get my shipping costs refunded?

Yes! You have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to request a return. In the event of a return, we will refund the full purchase price — including the original shipping costs. Your satisfaction is our priority.
