PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION AND CHARGE
Pre-authorization: At the time of your order, we authorize your payment method to ensure the required funds are available.
Charge: Payment is charged once our artisans begin crafting your rug — typically three days after your order is placed. You will receive a notification once the payment has been charged.

PayPal: Safe and convenient — you can pay using your PayPal balance or a linked bank account.
Local Payment Methods: Depending on your location, we support additional secure local payment options such as Apple Pay, Klarna, Sofort, EPS, and more. These methods ensure a smooth payment process tailored to your region.
FAILED PAYMENT If a charge fails due to insufficient funds or other issues, we will notify you promptly. You will then have 24 hours to resolve the issue. If it is not resolved within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

CURRENCY All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR). If you pay in a different currency, your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES Depending on your country, additional taxes and customs fees may apply. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are borne by the customer.
