DELIVERY We process orders Monday to Friday within an average of 48 hours. As every order is unique, shipping costs are based on the weight, size, and destination of the items ordered.
Delivery Times — DHL Express: Europe & USA: 2 to 3 business days Worldwide: 3 to 7 business days
Delivery Times — Standard Shipping: Europe: 10 to 15 business days
ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order and the corresponding invoice. Within 2 business days, we will send you your tracking number, which you can use to follow the progress of your package directly on the DHL platform. Order tracking is also available in your customer account under “My Orders.”

RETURNS & REFUNDS Your satisfaction is our priority. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. In the event of a return, we will refund the full purchase price including the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer — unless the item received is faulty or damaged.
To initiate a return, please send the completed withdrawal form to info@aureliateppiche.de. Once the package has been received, you will get a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Please note: All our rugs are handcrafted one-of-a-kind pieces that may display slight irregularities — a natural characteristic of traditional handweaving. These small details are a testament to the authenticity and uniqueness of every single piece.
