As all products are handmade, slight variations in color and pattern may occur — a natural sign of their authenticity and uniqueness.
2.2 Custom-Made Products Individually crafted rugs are made according to your specific requirements and are therefore excluded from exchange and return.
3. ORDERS
3.1 Ordering Process Orders can be placed conveniently through our website. Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
3.2 Order Acceptance We reserve the right to decline orders at our own discretion. In the event of a rejection, we will notify you as soon as possible and fully refund any payments already made.

4.2 Payment Terms The total order amount is due at the time of purchase. Products will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

6.1 Right of Return Custom-made rugs are excluded from the right of return. Standard products such as poufs and accessories may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unaltered condition.
6.2 Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aureliateppiche.de. Customers in Europe should send their return to our German address; customers in North America and Australia to our Moroccan address.
6.3 Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
6.4 Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days after the return has been received.
7. LIABILITY We are not liable for damages caused by improper use or care of the products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the respective product.
